At the crossroads, be grateful if you have a great mentor

There are batches of graduates enter workforce every year. Some are fortunate to have patient mentors. They gain abundant of guidance and up-to-date information for the task designated.

Oftentimes, fresh graduates and new hands take time to adapt the environment and culture of the workplace. 

At the crossroads

The knowledge and theory from the books should not be rigidly applied in the real situation. 

Albert Einstein once said, " The only source of knowledge is experience". The collection of  experience obtained, either success or failure are the best lesson for future improvement.

Fresh graduates and new hands should have the keenness and enthusiasm to learn even though possessing top-notch talents as  high-performancers, more often than not are those who are humble and proactive.

Good mentor is like highly efficient and reliable GPS, showing the right direction and build up the confidence of the mentee to confront the challenges ahead.

Be grateful and thankful if you are the one who are blessed of having good mentor or leader when you are at the crossroads!
